If you only knew how they exclude applicants, it would give you the leverage you need to get around that system. For example, some hiring firms advertise for fake jobs … WHY!
If a recruiting company gets lots of requests to for say, Project Managers, they will run ads on the job boards to get resumes for Project Managers. So there really is no job, but there might be soon. In this case it’s not exactly a lie, but it’s not a real job. Sniffing out a fake from a real job can be very useful.
